Shary & John Yakey receive award from Kristine Renshaw and Tina Vonderheide

The Community Organization Working for Stewardson has announced that the home of John and Shary Yakey is the winner of the June Beautiful Yard Contest. Their yard is beautifully landscaped with daylilies, knockout roses, hostas, hydrangeas, and so much more. Shown here are Shary and John Yakey receiving the award from C.O.W.S. members Kristine Renshaw and Tina Vonderheide.

Many residents and businesses of Stewardson have worked hard to get their yards in top condition, to improve their landscaping, and to help in the overall beautification of Stewardson.  The Housing and Beautification Action Team of C.O.W.S. wants to recognize these beautiful yards.  More winners will be announced in July, August, and September.  All Stewardson residents are encouraged to participate!
